What You'll Do

What You'll Do

• As Pharmacy Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Slade Pharmacy New Town and lead its dedicated team. This role offers a rewarding blend of community engagement and technical expertise, with a strong focus on compounding services and personalised patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
• Oversee compounding services and ensure safe, effective medication preparation
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Mentor and support Pharmacists and Technicians
• Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services

What You'll Bring

You are a confident, experienced Pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities. Experience in compounding is highly valued, but not essential as training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

• Permanent Australian working rights.
• Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
• Minimum 3-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Pharmacy experience in compounding services
• Community Pharmacy management experience.
