We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Slade Pharmacy New Town.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Pharmacist looking to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing pharmacy operations, overseeing compounding services, and ensuring safe and effective medication preparation.

You will also provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, mentor and support Pharmacists and Technicians, build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community, and drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
  • Oversee compounding services and ensure safe and effective medication preparation
  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Mentor and support Pharmacists and Technicians
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the community
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pharmacist in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist and permanent Australian working rights
