Job Description

This is a leadership role that offers hands-on training and a supportive team to thrive in a specialist setting. You will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, a strong focus on quality patient care, and experience in compounding services. Training will be provided for those who are not familiar with this area.

  • Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians
  • Oversee compounding services and ensure safe medication preparation
  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Mentor and support team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Australian pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
