Job Title: Store Service Attendant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock quantities and locations, operating machinery, and ensuring the security of all items.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Track stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, to move goods safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to prevent losses and ensure proper custody of inventory.
  • Assist with general store duties, including packing and scheduling.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, and have experience working with Defence personnel and other stakeholders.
