Job Overview

This role is focused on coordinating sales and operational planning processes with a strong emphasis on order-to-cash cycles, forecasting, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support seamless coordination between commercial, logistics, and planning teams through reporting and system use.
  • Maintain process integrity across order fulfillment, inventory, stevedoring coordination, and supply planning.
  • Drive safety, continuous improvement, and strong team and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to contributing positively to a safe and high-performance culture.
  • Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or sales administration.
  • Sound contract management experience.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and port logistics.
  • Proficiency in SAP with strong Microsoft Excel and reporting tools skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
