We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to support our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, storing and distributing defence aviation materiel. They will ensure compliance with safe warehouse operation policies and procedures, and contribute to the business growth strategy by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

In this role, you will work closely with the warehouse team to perform inventory checks, maintain accurate stock recording methods and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to develop mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve supply chain issues.

  • You will need to have 3 to 5 years+ experience in Defence aerospace/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) supply chain management
  • Experience in Defence warehousing and distribution systems and methodologies is essential
  • You should have a working knowledge of the Australian Defence Force Electronic Supply Chain Manual and the application of warehousing principles
  • A strong working knowledge of Defence Aviation Logistic IT systems such as ERP SAP is required
  • You must be able to work effectively within a team and have excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence
