Senior Adolescent Clinician

The Senior Social Worker (Adolescent Integrated Care) will deliver high-level, evidence-based clinical social work interventions for adolescents with identified social complexity and assessed risk of social admission to the Emergency Department.
They will work closely with the Emergency Department team to promote integrated systems responses, trauma-informed education, and evolving models of care.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High level, evidence-based tertiary clinical social work experience
- Strong knowledge of adolescent development and mental health
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
