">Lead Clinician for Forensic Mental Health Training">">
About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced clinician to lead the implementation of training and professional development activities for our forensic mental health team.
">The successful applicant will develop a workforce development strategy focused on internal staff training, retention, and attraction and recruitment of new staff.
">This role involves collaborating with the leadership team to establish minimum training requirements for each service and facilitating opportunities to meet these requirements.
">Key responsibilities include ensuring training meets best practice standards, reflecting developments in forensic mental health and child and adolescent mental health, and establishing and maintaining staff training records.
