Senior Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert clinical psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and their families.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent psychiatry, with experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex mental health issues. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members, as well as participating in quality improvement activities and research initiatives to improve mental health clinical practice within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry (or equivalent)
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of complex mental health issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
