IT Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior IT Project Officer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
About the Role- This position will assist in planning, implementing, and tracking IT projects.
- You will support project managers in defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- The successful candidate will monitor timelines and budgets; prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Manage documentation including schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Track budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate issues to minimise risks.
- Support user training, testing, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and data protection policies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT project support or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
