Strategic Partner Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Development Manager to manage our key strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and develop robust partner plans that align with our business goals.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a thorough understanding of our partners' business models and needs. The successful candidate will negotiate value-led commercial agreements, accurately forecast partner transactions, and work closely with internal stakeholders to propose mutually beneficial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in partnerships or channel management, a strong background in B2B sales across SMB and Enterprise, and sound knowledge of the Fintech industry across ANZ and APAC. They will also possess acute commercial acumen, be able to read and interpret data, and develop mutually profitable solutions.

Responsibilities include creating, executing, and managing proactive engagement plans, negotiating commercial agreements, forecasting partner transactions, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our partners' businesses. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal stakeholders to propose mutually beneficial outcomes and demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships or channel management
  • Strong background in B2B sales across SMB and Enterprise
  • Solid knowledge of the Fintech industry across ANZ and APAC
  • Acute commercial acumen with ability to read and interpret data
