We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our commercial partnership strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing high-value commercial partnerships across diverse sectors

  • Building and delivering joint business plans that create mutual benefit

  • Leading strategic negotiations and securing executive buy-in

  • Reporting on performance, ROI, and insights to improve results

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, data, legal, and finance teams

  • Identifying and unlocking new partnership opportunities aligned to business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Deep expertise in commercial, partnership, or business development roles

  • Demonstrated track record in managing complex partnerships or ventures between large companies

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Deep commercial and financial acumen

  • A data-driven, customer-focused mindset with a strong eye for value

  • The ability to work across multiple partnerships with agility and focus

  • Experience in loyalty, retail, consumer tech, or digital customer programs

  • Knowledge of agile ways of working
