About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our retail support team at our Carole Park multisite facility. As an Administration Assistant - Clerical Level 3, you will play an essential role in supporting the Salvos Stores retail team, undertaking a diverse range of administrative tasks, where no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical activities, including data input and management, record keeping, and ordering processes.
  • Assist store and area managers with general enquiries and business functions, and liaise between different parties within Salvos Stores and the broader organisation.
  • Support the production of a wide range of documents and media content as required by Salvos Stores.

About You:

  • Prior administrative experience or qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and action them effectively.
