About The Role:

Salvos Stores is in search of a proactive Administration Assistant to become a part of our retail support team at our new multisite facility.

As an Administration Assistant - Clerical Level 3, you will play a vital role in aiding the Salvos Stores retail team by performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Assist with data entry, management, and record-keeping as required by Salvos Stores.
  • Support store and area managers with general inquiries and business operations, facilitating communication between various parties within Salvos Stores and the wider organization.
  • Oversee ordering processes for items in accordance with current Salvation Army protocols.
  • Assist in the creation of a diverse range of documents and media content as needed by Salvos Stores.

About You:

  • Previous administrative experience or relevant qualifications are highly valued.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordingly.
