About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Coordinator Scheduling to join our team at Ozcare. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule the provision of care services to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Confidentiality and Data Management
    • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information pertaining to clients, carers, employees, and Ozcare.
  • Team Collaboration and Quality Improvement
    • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager/Co-ordinator to schedule employees and meet client needs.
    • Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities, driving excellence in care services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or relevant experience in administration.
    • Extensive experience in technology skills, office systems, and scheduling staff.
  • Certifications and Clearances
    • Current Police Screening Certificate.
    • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
    • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
