Emerging Talent Program Manager

This role is pivotal in spearheading the emerging talent initiative within the Technology domain.

You will be responsible for overseeing the attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes for Technology graduates, ensuring seamless internships, rotation and roll-off activities. You will drive the program to achieve key objectives and guarantee the retention of Technology Graduates through post-program role placements.

Moreover, you will foster external partnerships with universities and team members to promote Coles technology as a premier destination for tech careers, as well as select and support external events to enhance Coles technology brand awareness as an employer of choice.

About You and Your Expertise
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with Technology leadership to identify and align on program and talent requirements
  • Significant experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders with conflicting agendas
  • Must have experience in implementing and communicating technical career opportunities to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of leading attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and career development activities
  • Ability to engage and inspire audiences through public speaking and effective communication
  • Able to work effectively across all levels within an organization
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and change
  • Proven expertise in leading large-scale cross-team initiatives
  • Previous experience in supporting a Talent or Graduate Program highly regarded
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent active listening skills
