Senior ICT Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ICT Manager to lead our organization's technology strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ICT operations management, with a strong focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and project delivery.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can work effectively with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes through technology innovation and best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an ICT strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Lead a small IT team and provide guidance on technical platforms, including Salesforce, MS365, and SharePoint
  • Manage infrastructure as a service (IAAS) and cloud migration strategies
  • Provide Business Analysis and Business Intelligence support to the organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to meet the organization's objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in ICT Operations Management with extensive people management experience
  • Experience of managing Salesforce environments
  • A solid knowledge of Salesforce, MS365, SharePoint and supporting platforms
  • Strong ICT Strategic focus with experience of implementing and managing technological solutions across entire organizations
  • Proven track record in providing innovative solutions and managing projects
  • Strong Vendor Management experience
  • Experience Managing Cloud based technologies
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills (including public speaking, presentations, and facilitation skills)
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement opportunities
