Opportunity Overview

This role plays a key part in the growth and diversification of the investor base, spanning investor relationship management, capital raising for new and existing products, and collaboration with the investor relations team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Investor relationships - building and maintaining strong relationships with investor groups, understanding their strategic goals and investment objectives to identify sales opportunities
  • New products and strategies - capital raising for new initiatives, producing marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations, and lead conversion
  • Collaboration with the New Business team, including the Investor Relations Team

About You

The selection criteria include qualifications, experience, and capabilities required for the role. Your application will be reviewed based on ability to demonstrate or potential to develop the necessary skills:

Qualifications

A minimum tertiary degree qualification in commerce, business, or a related field

Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within funds management, strategy, banking, corporate development, or distribution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector and ability to discuss key economic and market trends
  • Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors
  • Experience in Private Capital investment, with a client-focused approach to investment solutions and recommendations
  • A proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion, achieving project goals
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills
