The Opportunity

As a Strategic Capital Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and diversification of our investor base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, investment advisers, charities, and endowments to identify sales opportunities.
  • Capital raising for new product initiatives through marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations, and lead conversion.

You will collaborate closely with the New Business team, including the Investor Relations Team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in funds management, strategy, banking, corporate development, or distribution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the real-estate and infrastructure funds management sector, enabling discussion on key economic and market trends in the context of Dexus products and opportunities.
  • Existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in Private Capital investment, including client-focused approaches to investment solutions and recommendations.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion, achieving project goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.
