Job Opportunity: Aboriginal Health Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to the community.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, while building and maintaining relationships.
A key aspect of this role is working in collaboration with the team to provide culturally safe care, assist in assessment and clinical intervention for Aboriginal clients, including those with complex needs.
Key responsibilities include assisting in implementing and embedding a stronger and more sustainable approach to support of Aboriginal clients in the primary healthcare setting, through providing an 'Aboriginal lens' to health care.
