Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements for CRM, Data and other non-digital system projects.
  • Establish strong rapport with clients and teams by listening to their needs and guiding them effectively.
  • Facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes and topics, from training to requirements gathering.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in non-digital projects such as CRM implementations, data migration and enterprise systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies like JIRA, Confluence or Trello.
