Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote learning and development in children.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of daily activities, including outdoor experiences and healthy snacks.
  • Contribute to the overall management of the service, including maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents.
Requirements
  • You have a Certificate III or higher in Children's Services (or equivalent) and a current Employee Working with Children's Check.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are passionate about working with children and have a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
