About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Geelong and the surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will work closely with clients in their homes, providing support and assistance to help them maintain their independence.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Encouraging social interaction and engagement

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a care-related field, preferably in a home-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
