We are seeking experienced Personal Care Associates to join our high-performing and highly valued Central Resource Unit (CRU).
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences through personalized care
- Provide high standards of care through common responsibilities such as pressure care, assisting with ambulating patients, assist patients with personal care and hygiene as directed, bed making, and constant patient observation
- Encourage and role-model empathy to patients, families, and medical staff
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within a hospital, possess excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, be teachable and willing to learn and grow professionally, enjoy the challenge of working flexibly within a team environment, possess a strong understanding and background of patient-centred care, and maintain a high level of communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
