Early Childhood Caregiver Opportunity

Our active young family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Caregiver to provide high-quality childcare for our ten month old child. This role involves providing nurturing care, promoting the child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in childcare work with a focus on early childhood education and care. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a daily routine that includes outdoor activities, reading, singing, and playtime to promote the child's growth and development.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment adhering to all relevant safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with parents keeping them informed of the child's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a childcare worker with a strong focus on early childhood education and care.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), Police Check, CPR, and Level 2 First Aid certification.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Commitment to working with our family for at least 12 months.
  • Right to work in Australia (applicants with 417 and 462 visas need not apply).
