Job Title: Environmental, Health and Safety Professional

The EH&S Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs that span internal operations and external deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, communicate and enforce EH&S programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead Safety Assessments and Inspections to identify and resolve hazardous, ergonomic, and industrial risks.
  • Train employees, field technicians, and contractors on EH&S protocols and best practices.
Manufacturing, R&D Lab, and Facility Safety
  • Develop and maintain internal EH&S policies, safety training programs, and job hazard analyses.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits of the production floor, prototyping labs, and office spaces.
Customer Job Site and Construction Safety
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans for customer deployments and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in EH&S, ideally in a manufacturing, construction, or field deployment environment.
