Our team is growing and we are looking for an experienced **EHS Integration Specialist** to join our team of dedicated EHS professionals' base in our Brisbane Office.

As the EHS Integration Specialist reporting to the Senior EHS Manager you will be responsible for Integrating new programs and requirements into Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management systems and supporting Operational Teams with the management of change and implementation.

You will be the lead interface with internal and external stakeholders, conducting research and information exchanges to improve EHS engagement and processes. You will also evaluate new technologies and processes to develop strategies, plans and tactics for reducing workplace hazards and environmental impacts. Developing education and training materials to support regulatory and business requirements and be involved in program management and coordination of new EHS projects, strategy and initiatives.

**You will need to have**:

- Tertiary qualification in Health, safety and Environment with ate least or related field with at least 7 years of EHS experience in an operational environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements.
- Execution, attention to detail, initiative, conflict resolution, customer focus, collaboration, building ownership and commitment, establishing direction, drive for change, getting organizational support, tenacity and skills in electronic systems.
- Demonstrated professional with passion for change and relentless focus on execution.
- Must be highly organized; able to prioritize and meet target dates in a very fast-paced environment.
