Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a key member of the EHS team, supporting project managers with a proactive mindset throughout project phases.
- Help plan, coordinate, and deliver EHS requirements, including creating Management Plans and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support project managers in achieving their obligations, including contractor management, risk mitigation, and compliance across all project phases.
- Provide input on risk assessments, procedures, and initiatives to simplify frontline safety in construction environments.
- Collect, analyze, and report EHS data, preparing performance reports and presenting findings to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and executing local and global EHS objectives, focusing on high-impact results that enable outstanding project execution.
- Support event analysis, follow-up actions, and process enhancements; conduct inspections enforcing standards with urgency.
- Degree or diploma in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in construction, such as site work or safety coordination, with a proven ability to handle physical challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while operating independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong bias for action: proactive, creative, and innovative in solving problems, with a hardcore work ethic and hunger to push through obstacles.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage shifting demands, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented approach, executing tasks efficiently and accurately.
