Job Title

The role of a UX Strategist is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of a scalable UX framework across international digital products. This involves working closely with global teams to define and implement best-practice design systems, driving a consistent and human-centred user experience across platforms.

This strategic role entails collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, creative teams, and partners to understand user needs, develop experience strategies, and translate those into wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and scaling UX frameworks across a portfolio of digital products, defining and evolving design systems and governance models, and leading cross-functional collaboration with UX leads, engineers, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years' experience in UX, with 5+ years in a strategic or lead role, proven experience across complex digital ecosystems and design system development, strong skills in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and global collaboration, proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, experience working in Agile teams across multiple time zones, a passion for human-centred design, usability metrics, and continuous improvement, and a degree in Human Interaction Design, UX, Computer Science, or related discipline.
