This pivotal role will challenge you to visualize complex requirements into polished user-friendly products that delight customers. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into reality.

  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision.
  • Craft intuitive and engaging experiences by applying user-centred design principles.
  • Conduct usability testing and user validation sessions to ensure designs meet real customer needs.
  • Continuously improve and iterate on designs through analytics and user feedback.
  • Ensure design consistency across multiple products and teams, aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work seamlessly with engineering to facilitate smooth handoffs and faithful implementation of designs.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • A deep understanding of user-centred design principles, driven by a passion for solving user problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality.
