Solution Architect – Digital and Customer Experience

Contract Length - 12 Months + option to extend
Location - Brisbane CBD
Rate - Competitive market rates
Hybrid working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance on solution architecture and design activities
  • Develop high-quality solution options and design artefacts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
  • Oversee integration, data flow, and end-to-end digital solution delivery
  • Support Agile delivery practices using tools like Jira and Confluence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in solution architecture or business analysis with a digital focus
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and UX/UI principles
  • Experience working in government or large complex organisations preferred
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
