Warehouse Robotics Automation Specialist

This role is part of our global team, playing a key part in expanding our presence and driving success in the warehouse robotics automation market across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers throughout the entire automation journey - from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization. They will design, plan, manage and deploy complex robotic fulfillment solutions for warehouse automation projects, optimizing workflows, fleet sizing and system integration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the automation journey, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Designing and developing tailored solutions to customer needs, using data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate expected performance improvements.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Solutions Design and local Customer Success teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.
  • Leading technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits and deployment considerations.
  • Managing project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure successful deployments.
  • Training and supporting customers on system functionality, best practices and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Continuously monitoring customer performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics and/or supply chain.
  • Experience coordinating hardware and software deployments and managing stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation and operational analysis.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics and material flow optimization in e-commerce, retail or third-party logistics.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems and integration into automation solutions.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites across the APAC region and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
