Program Manager Job Overview

The Sr. Technical Program Manager will play a key role in managing technical and regulatory requirements for a satellite constellation in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define complex licensing schedules and dependencies at scale;
  • Create reporting mechanisms to multiply efficiency;
  • Manage tools and dashboards to provide transparent program management status to customers and stakeholders;
  • Extract regulatory compliance requirements, assign responsibilities, and assess risks;
  • Communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbal);
  • Catalyze efficiencies and process improvements for faster business delivery;
  • Set direction in ambiguous situations to deliver independently.
Working with the Team

The successful candidate will work closely with country leads, TPMs, Legal, Business, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Export Control teams to ensure alignment on a country and regional basis.

As a Sr. TPM, you will design mechanisms to manage complex compliance and licensing processes, automate and streamline processes, track progress. You will anticipate bottlenecks, communicate regulatory risks clearly to leaders, escalate effectively, and remove blockers.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of technical product or program management experience;
  • 6+ years of experience driving business discussions/alignment and communicating results to senior leadership;
  • 3+ years of Telecommunications regulatory experience;
  • Experience using project management tools;
  • Experience using data to drive improvement;
  • Experience with telecommunications systems globally (desired).
