The Role:

You will work as a compliance partner to global technology teams, ensuring obligations are met and policies are embedded.
- Oversee compliance across global Technology operations, ensuring alignment with ICIF, group policies, and regional regulatory obligations
- Coordinate and monitor compliance activities, identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks across all technology teams
- Serve as the central point of contact for compliance matters within the Technology division
- Conduct compliance reviews, address gaps, and implement formal remediation plans for non-compliance
- Partner with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams for cohesive assurance activities
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the status of compliance across regions

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading technology compliance roles within a global or complex environment is required. You should have knowledge and experience of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to technology (e.g. APRA CPS 234, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). Familiarity with ICIF or similar internal control frameworks and experience in a matrixed or federated technology organization are also essential. Experience working with IT governance, operational risk, and global compliance programs is desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
