Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead

A technical lead will be responsible for managing infrastructure activities and collaborating on technical projects.
About the JobThis is a mid-senior level full-time position in our Information Technology department. As a technical lead, you will be involved in managing IT infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical projects forward.
Responsibilities- Manage datacenter operations for the APAC region, including preparation, communication, execution, and ensuring continuity between AMER closure and EMEA opening.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications, raise and follow up alerts with internal teams.
- Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve servers, software, network and other potential IT build, deployment issues.
- At least 7 years of proven experience as a system engineer with comprehensive background of modern datacenter infrastructure.
- Mastery of administration of Windows & Linux servers, Public Cloud computing (Azure), Active directory administration, OS & software patching.
- Basic Knowledge of Web Server (IIS), Database (MSSQL), Web Application publishing, application performance monitoring (APM).
- A hybrid working model (3 days in the office per week)
