Residential Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Residential Development Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our residential subdivisions.
- Project Responsibilities:
Civil Engineering Design and Implementation;
Water and Sewer Infrastructure Management;
Design and Construction of Wastewater Pump Stations;
Project Coordination from DA through to Subdivision Certificate;
Town Planning and Surveying Services;
Tendering and Contract Administration for site works.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in civil engineering and construction projects;
Strong understanding of local regulations and planning policies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other project management tools.
