Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-calibre candidates for Salesforce and Transformation capability positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing plans, leveraging various channels and techniques to identify and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative recruitment solutions and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruiting in fast-paced environments, with expertise in hiring for technical roles, particularly Salesforce and Transformation capabilities.
  • Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in negotiating and influencing at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
