Seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to lead end-to-end project delivery for our precast manufacturing company.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Darwin, Australia. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee resource allocation, optimizing labor, equipment, and material usage.
  • Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
  • Maintain quality standards and safety regulations through site visits and audits.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
  • A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
