Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects.

The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, provide technical expertise, and ensure project objectives are met.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Ensure project objectives are met and deliver customized solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
