Mining and Mineral Processing Industry Growth Strategist

Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Mining and Mineral Processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans to expand online analysis and sampling solutions into the mining and mineral processing markets.
- Develop short and long-term strategies to drive business growth in these industries.
- Drive commercial perfection through business development activities, including sales calls, CRM tool utilization, and lead conversion.
- Engage with colleagues and key accounts to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in metallurgy/mineral processing, process engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in Capital Sales, Applications Support, or Business Development roles.
- Background in technology deployment and projects within mining industry or METS companies.
- Experience in business/account development.
- Understanding of complex capital equipment sales cycles.
- Collaboration skills with people across customer organizations.
- CRM utilization experience (e.g. SFDC).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and driven individual.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and teamwork abilities.
- High IT skills/digital literacy level.
