About the Role:

As a Data Solutions Strategist, you will play a key role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of their data. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and enterprise customers, proactively monitoring their health, product adoption, and utilization to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate churn risks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor their health, product adoption, and utilization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within customer accounts to understand their analytics needs and use cases
  • Educate your customer base on new products and features as they are launched and existing products that may not be utilized
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects on your accounts to provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewal processes
  • Be the voice of the customer in product discussions and participate in cross-functional activities to improve our processes and assets
  • Create and deliver external-facing content through live events, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other content

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with customers to drive business growth. You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or CSE, or as a data practitioner
  • A firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures, the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
  • A high degree of comfort presenting to various stakeholders or audiences
  • The ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and think on your feet when engaged in customer conversations
  • An openness to travel and willingness to participate in internal and external events
