Lead Data Strategist Position

Overview:

The organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Strategist with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets, implementing MDM strategies, and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Design and implement data management solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance policies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Business Intelligence tools to provide stakeholders with real-time data insights.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation activities to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and business rules to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis and data management with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience in presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
