Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and goals
  • Conduct detailed analysis of mining operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide expert advice on fleet management and operational improvements, leveraging Wenco FMS capabilities
  • Develop tailored solutions to optimize mining operations, maximize productivity, and reduce operational costs for our clients
  • Assist clients in the effective use and integration of the Wenco FMS into their operations
  • Provide training and support to mine controllers and operational staff on FMS functionalities and best practices
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards for informed decision-making
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Requirements:
  • Significant operational experience in the mining industry, with a focus on open-pit mining
  • Hands-on FMS experience as a Mine Controller, with a solid understanding of fleet management systems
  • Proven track record in business improvement and operational optimization in mining
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
Desirable:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience working with Wenco FMS and/or across multiple Fleet Management Systems
