Job Title: Beverage Service Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to serve as our top beverage service specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to the highest standards.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Operating the point of sale system and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and well-presented front of house area.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe.
  • Handling both cash and card payments professionally.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
