Job Title: Beverage Service Specialist
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Barista to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality beverages.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the cafe area, kitchen, and storage rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store image.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of Barista experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with food industry operations and protocols is desired.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is required.
