Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Service Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our espresso bar.
Your role will involve preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing support to colleagues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the café area, equipment, and storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support colleagues with tasks such as taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Prior experience in a beverage service role is not essential, but a willingness to learn and take direction is crucial.
- Availability to work during weekday hours (7am-4pm) and Saturday mornings is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
