To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling orders and payments.
">In addition to your exceptional customer service skills, you should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges, and show a positive attitude towards work. Flexibility to work varied shifts is also essential, including weekends and peak periods.
">As a Beverage Service Specialist, you will be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety regulations, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately. ">Flexibility: The ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods, is crucial for this role. You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances within a fast-paced environment.
">Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for building rapport with customers, colleagues, and management. You must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
">Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
">Customer Service Skills: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential for this role. You must be able to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
">Work Environment: Our café operates in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of customer demand. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, remain composed, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
">Salary: $29.23 per hour
