Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team, driving business growth through strategic recruitment solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, develop new business opportunities, and maintain seamless relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to successful placements and post-engagement follow-ups.
  • Pursue innovative business development strategies to expand our client portfolio and build lasting relationships.
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and identifying additional recruitment needs.
  • Leverage account management expertise to enhance client satisfaction and explore further collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, insights, and strategies for success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience, with a focus on business development and account management.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering comprehensive recruitment services.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building.
  • The ability to work independently, drive results, and meet objectives.
