Lead Geotechnical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team, providing expert advice on geotechnical matters for residential, transport and infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate and manage field data acquisition, site investigations, testing and produce calculations, reporting, specifications and drawings to ensure that geotechnical designs provide appropriate solutions.
- Undertake geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations and retaining walls.
- Provide quality check and review experience to an appropriate technical standard.
- Plan, program and coordinate geotechnical project inputs, to deliver the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to agreed quality standards.
- Prepare proposals and carry out other appropriate internal/external marketing initiatives as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering with completion of geotechnical electives and/or major as part of your university studies.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in consulting field and/or recognised as a senior engineer in your current role.
- Experience with soil investigation, supervision and geotechnical design.
- Previous experience with engineering software packages such as gINT, GEOSTUDIO, PLAXIS, ROCSCIENCE, CIRCLY, AutoCAD.
