Senior Employment Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong Employer representative experience and be well-rounded in terms of drafting, advisory, problem-solving, workplace investigations, training delivery, and solicitor-advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Employment Law matters from end-to-end without supervision
- Provide excellent legal services to sophisticated clients including SMEs, large corporates, government departments, public service institutions, and educational institutions
- Deliver high-quality advice on Employment Law matters and Employee Relations, operational matters, workplace investigations, and dispute resolution and litigation
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years PQE in Employment Law and Workplace Relations within a mid-tier or large private practice
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent plain English communication skills and demonstrable experience liaising directly with sophisticated clients
